Planting Pride in Coaldale
Every spring, as May draws to a close, Rehoboth’s Vocational teams roll up their sleeves and bring color to the Town of Coaldale—planting beautiful flowers at the highway welcome sign, the clock tower on Main Street, and Rotary Park near DQ.
What began over 20 years ago as a simple act of service has blossomed into a meaningful paid opportunity, allowing participants to take pride in their work and see the joy their efforts bring to the community.
Each year, their enthusiasm and teamwork remind us that when people are given the chance to grow, both gardens and hearts flourish.
