Celebrating Lisa: 50 Years of Love, Strength, and Joy

In 2024, the Northwest RCM Team at Median House had the privilege of celebrating a remarkable milestone: Lisa’s 50th birthday. What unfolded that day was more than just a party—it was a heartfelt tribute to Lisa’s journey, her resilience, and the joy she brings into the lives of those around her.

Known for her caring and compassionate spirit, Lisa has always been a source of comfort and kindness, especially toward her roommate, with whom she shares a warm and respectful bond. Her empathy and patience shine in the way she supports those closest to her, reminding everyone of the quiet strength found in simple acts of love.

As she reached this milestone, Lisa’s personal growth became even more evident. Over the years, she has blossomed into a more patient, confident, and outgoing woman, eager to try new things and build deeper connections. One of her proudest achievements has been her involvement with PARDS (Peace Area Riding for the Disabled Society). Her private horseback riding lessons have brought her tremendous joy and empowerment. Time with the horses fills her with peace, focus, and pride, allowing her to discover new strengths and confidence. This year, Lisa also participated in Joy Camp, where she eagerly joined activities and shared her laughter with those around her.

Lisa’s 50th birthday celebration reflected the heart of her journey. Surrounded by friends, family, and staff, she was showered with thoughtful gifts, warm words, and an outpouring of love. The day was filled with smiles, laughter, and gratitude for the vibrant woman Lisa is and continues to become.

Lisa’s story is one of hope, transformation, and the enduring power of community. She steps into this new chapter of life with strength in her spirit, kindness in her heart, and a spark of joy that shines brighter than ever. Her journey is a reminder that milestones are not just about age, but about celebrating the love, growth, and joy that define a life well lived.

Here’s to Lisa—50 years of love, strength, and joy, and many more to come.
