Main Purpose


To act as a resource to relevant program areas to help accomplish Rehoboth’s strategic and business  plans through an empowering Christian perspective. The Production worker is responsible for maintenance of and duties in the greenhouse, grounds and woodshop. This position reports to the Coordinator of Production. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Adheres to all established and applicable policies and procedures  
  • Ensures adequate materials, tools and supplies are available for all work areas
  • Monitors progress of production regarding deadlines and quality control

Skills Required:


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Equivalent of High School education from a recognized institution (or currently enrolled in High School) 
  • Proficient command/comprehension of the English language
  • Police Information Check that does not disqualify you from employment
  • Emergency First Aid & CPR

Additional Requirements:
  • Comfortable working at heights: including using ladders

  • Ability to work in hot and humid conditions for extended periods

  • Strong customer service skills and experience handling cash transactions

  • Willingness to work around scented plants and other allergens

  • Knowledge of or interest in the care and maintenance of bedding plants

  • Capable of lifting heavy items

  • Ability to work long hours on your feet in a physically demanding environment


Years of Experience:

  • Past experience working with people with disabilities, knowledge of production related job requirements, operational knowledge of applicable equipment

  • $16.50 per hour

Coaldale Openings:

 #30-900

  • Average 30-48 hours per week: Hours will vary  based on greenhouse/production needs within the hours of 0830-1630
  • Contract position: April 27, 2026- June 27, 2026

  • Average 12-24 hours per week: Hours will vary  based on greenhouse/production needs within the hours of 1530-1830
  • Contract position: May 2, 2026- June 6, 2026
