Job Description


The Schedule administrator is responsible for the maintenance of Sparkrock 265 CSW Unit Schedules. This position reports to the Payroll Coordinator. This position requires organizational skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and working independently with minimal supervision and guidance.

Key Responsibilities: 

·        Update Sparkrock 365 unit schedule templates based on the funding models.

·        Publish Sparkrock 365 unit schedules for use with My Sparkrock.

·        Fill vacant shifts through offers and bids.

·        Manage all absence requests.

·        Open shifts as needed.

·        Open absences as needed.

·        Approve scheduled shifts.

·        Cover on call rotation for schedule needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

·        Equivalent of High School education from a recognized institution

·        Proficient command/comprehension of the English language

·        Police Information Check that does not disqualify you from employment

·        Level One Microsoft Word & Excel


Years of Experience:

·        Greater than six months up to two years related experience with word processing and computer experience; Microsoft Word and Excel software

Dependent on relevant education and/or experience; wage range: $24.72 to $27.54 per hour.
